Repair works

A detailed analysis of the problem allows for tailoring the solution both practically and economically.

We perform waterproofing from the inside within the structure of the existing element or traditionally using the excavation method, restoring non-functional insulation.

We use the highest quality materials
Injections

Gravity Injections

They involve introducing a hydrophobizing agent into the walls, which allows for the removal of moisture. Method of execution: holes in the partition with a depth of 2-3 cm are made at an angle of 15-30 degrees, thanks to which the fluid migrates into the wall by gravity. This method is used for walls where the humidity does not exceed 10%.

Pressure Injections

This method of strengthening, sealing the structure and removing leaks (sealing scratches and cracks, construction joints, formwork tie holes, etc.) involves injecting an appropriately selected injection under pressure through a system of drilled holes. The injection material can be: mineral, epoxy or polyurethane resins. Not only visible holes are filled, but also small scratches and pores are filled.

Structural Injections

It is performed to provide waterproof protection to a facility with incorrectly performed waterproofing. Performed from the inside of the building, they create a tight, water-tight structure. Holes are drilled in the existing wall at intervals of 15-25 cm, with a depth of 2/3 of the wall thickness, packers are installed in them, by means of which polyurethane resin is pumped into the wall under pressure (injection order – from bottom to top), after injecting the resin, it is dismantled packers and repairs the wall.

Curtain Injections

If it is not possible to excavate the structure and perform coating insulation from the outside, curtain injections are also used. A grid of holes is made throughout the partition and, for example, acrylic gel is injected at the contact with the ground. Thanks to the short reaction time, the material creates a “veil” – a curtain and protects the partition against water ingress.

Crystal Injections

Technology used to create horizontal and vertical insulation in walls that are damp due to capillary action. Insulation can be performed without having to excavate the object. The technology does not involve preliminary drying or desalination of the walls – on the contrary – the more damp the wall, the more effective it is. Before the injection begins, the holes are additionally wetted. The preparation used creates a moisture-proof block in the wall using the crystallization phenomenon.
